What Is The Outer Surface Of A Breast Implant?

There are two different surfaces that have been used for breast implants, we have the traditional silicon with the silicon shell which will then be filled with a material. We also have the polyurethane shell which is a different form of shell. The majority of implants have got silicon shells and the reason the polyurethane was developed was to try and reduce the capsular contracture rates.
