Added on 21st May 2021
A total body lift is an extensive procedure since your nerves are cut. The peripheral branches usually take time to recover and can take 12-18 months. It’s very rare for cutaneous nerves to be divided. There are some nerves that supply sensation to the upper thigh and around the centre of the abdomen that can be affected. Although usually, it’s temporary and a neuropraxic injury.
