Tia’s main role involves setting up the theatres and overseeing any operations that occur in the running of the theatres. As a lead plastic surgery nurse she also organises the lists in preparation for the surgery and ensures that the safety of the theatre is maintained throughout. The theatre team are indebted to her efforts and hard work.
